Remember back when you were a kid, the first time you saw a Stormtrooper? They were intimidating en masse. They had glossy white armor. And then you realized they were the bad guys and you weren’t supposed to admire them, but you did anyhow, because that’s how you roll. This is an absolutely gorgeous display piece for Star Wars fans. It’s also a great costume piece if you’re not a member of the 501st (see note below). It’s recreated from a digital scan of an actual stunt helmet. “Stunt” helmet? The most noticeable difference is that it has the flat green lenses, unlike the “Hero” model that Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford donned with the black convex lenses. So you’ll look just like one of the nameless masses of Stormtroopers milling around in the background. Just don’t wear this if you’re serving drinks, or drunk geeks won’t stop doing the Jedi Mind Trick at you when you ask for ID.
